Contrato Social e \u00faltimo aditivo da empresa;<\/p><p class=\"p2\">ii. RG e CPF do Representante Legal;<\/p><p class=\"p2\">iii. Rela\u00e7\u00e3o oficial de Empregados e Lista da Assembl\u00e9ia de proposi\u00e7\u00e3o do banco de horas com a assinatura dos mesmos.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">4) Comprovante de pagamento da <b>Taxa de Ades\u00e3o <\/b>ao Banco de Horas conforme categoria da empresa solicitante.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">5) Comprovante de pagamento da <b>Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o Negocial Patronal Vigente.<\/b><\/p><h4 class=\"p2\"><b>ANEXO I <\/b><b><\/b><\/h4><p class=\"p2\"><b>TABELA DE VALORES PARA BANCO DE HORAS<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">Conforme cl\u00e1usula quadrag\u00e9sima quarta, par\u00e1grafo terceiro e quarto, da CCT 2025\/2026.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>a) N\u00e3o associados <\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">i. Taxa de R$500,00 (Quinhentos reais), por estabelecimento (CNPJ) 1. 50% desse valor (R$250,00), para o <b>Sindicato Patronall <\/b>e;<\/p><p class=\"p2\">2. 50% desse valor (R$250,00), para o <b>Sindicato Laboral<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>b) Associados <\/b>(com <b>Mensalidade Associativa <\/b>e <b>Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o Negocial Patronal <\/b>em dia)<\/p><p class=\"p2\">ii. Taxa de R$150,00 ( Cento e cinquenta reais), por estabelecimento, sendo esse valor para o <b>Sindicato Laboral<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">b. <b>Optante do SIMPLES <\/b>i. Documento que comprova a homologa\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco de Horas e per\u00edodo de vig\u00eancia do mesmo.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Obs: As empresas que estiverem emitindo renova\u00e7\u00e3o de Banco de
